Copyright, trade marks and all other property rights on the InventoriesRUs.co.uk website (hereafter called “the Website) are owned by Simon Cutting t/a InventoriesRus.co.uk (hereafter called “the Company”)

Use of the Website and Disclaimer:

The contents and use of the Website do not constitute legal advice and the Company offers no warranty of any kind. The inventory facility available via the Website is personalised by Customers (hereafter called “Customers”) to suit their own requirements. For this reason the Company cannot be held responsible for inventories prepared, using the Website. Legal advice regarding the legitimacy of any inventory is always recommended.

User account, password and security:

Customers will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information and registering a username and password for use with the Website services. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities that take place under their account. Customer’s personal details will not be passed on to any third party but we may use this information to update Customers about new products/services of the Company or its associates.

Website changes:

The Company reserves the right to update and alter the Website’s terms and conditions and change prices at any time. When the terms are changed, the Company will publish details of those changes by including them at the end of the Terms on the Website. If Customers use the Website after the Company has published any changes they are agreeing to be bound by those changes. If they do not agree to those changes then they should not use the site.

Charges for use of the Website services:

The inventory facility available via the Website is chargeable on the basis of the fee structure listed on the Website and prevailing at the time a purchase is made. The Company reserves the right to charge Customers any additional fees, to bring them up to the correct status, if the number of Inventories they produce exceeds the number of properties they own/manage, which they had declared at Registration. By way of confirmation - If a Customer declared themselves a Landlord with up to 10 properties but he/she produced 15 Inventories using the Website, then the Company reserves the right to charge them an excess fee, being the difference between the Registration fee they paid and the fee they should have paid. Failure to pay the excess fee should 30-days will result in the Customer's account being suspended.

Privacy policy:

Information that Customers provide about themselves to the Company will only be used by the Company in accordance with its trading activities. The Company accepts no responsibility for information Customers may give about themselves to operators of third party websites whom Customers may contact through links from the Website.

Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Data Protection:

The Company is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and undertakes to comply with the Act in all dealings with personal data which is supplied during the course of the Company’s day to day business.
